Bethesda Medical Mission
Greetings friends,
Thank you in advance for your support of the 17th Annual Dr. Roy A. Kellerman Invitational Golf Tournament to be held at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This annual
fundraiser will take place on Sunday, September 22, 2024, and includes an auction and awards dinner. Proceeds from this tournament will benefit Bethesda Medical Mission (BMM) and will be used for humanitarian and educational assistance.
Bethesda Medical Mission, Inc. is a 501©(3) non-profit organization committed to serving individuals by providing free compassionate medical and dental care. BMM also assists in the education and socioeconomic development of global citizens who are less fortunate. In previous years, proceeds form the tournament supported BMM initiatives including medical and dental supplies
for eight mission trips to Haiti, Puerto Rico, and Grand Bahama; clean water supplies and structural repairs for both the House of Mercy Orphanage and The Beehive compound in Haiti; and
medical supplies for free health screenings at over 30 local health fairs. Funds were also allocated to enhance the science and technology programs at the Northeastern Adventist Academy -
Hartford Campus. Dr. Kellerman is a proud parent of 3 accomplished and professional alumni of this school.
PROCEEDS FROM THIS YEAR’S TOURNAMENT WILL FUND THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:
- The House of Mercy Orphanage in Haiti. (sponsored by BMM since 2012)
- Free health screenings in the Greater Hartford area.
- Northeastern Academy - Hartford Campus formerly (HASDAS)
- Medical and dental supplies for future mission trips.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We are excited to have you partner with us in this signature fundraiser event. We have several sponsorship options for your consideration. We also welcome in-kind donations to promote your
business or services. In-kind donations are included in our auction, or gift bags. Examples of the types of gifts we have received and welcome include: gift cards/certificates, golf and/or sports
related items, specialized services, complimentary services, weekend or overnight packages, restaurant vouchers, electronics, tools, home accessories, and travel packages. Individual and business tax deductible contributions will be acknowledged in our souvenir program and on BMM’s website. Monetary and in-kind donations will be accepted through Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2024, via
mail to the address below or online at https://linktr.ee/bmminc. Checks can be made payable to
Bethesda Medical Mission, Inc., please specify “Golf Tournament” in the memo line of your check.
